C. Morton Stewart papers

C. (Charles) Morton Stewart (1829-1900) was a prominent businessman in Baltimore, Maryland, as well as President of the Board of Trustees at Johns Hopkins University. Abstract Douglas Huntly Gordon, Jr. was born in Baltimore in 1903. During the 1930s, he served in the Maryland legislature.
